I took my fully functional phone to this shop to have a broken screen replaced. I provided the part. Dom confirmed the correctness of the part & its condition as new when I brought it in. Dom performed the worst install I've ever seen. The phone did not function, the case was not fully closed and locked, and screws were physically falling out. After being told that my Note 5 was beyond repair by another repair store, contact wireless was able to take my phone apart in 30 mins and see the prior company put a knock off Samsung battery in it and the cable was completely burned through. Pretty sure if the other company had just opened my phone they would have seen that. Contact wireless showed me all the proof and was able to have me up and going on a couple of days. If you ever need tablets or phones to repair. This guy is the way to go.
Very courteous and helpful. They loaned me a temporary fix for my phone while I waited for my ordered part to come in. They saved the day. I will go back and readily refer friends to them. Great business!
