I own a business and have been dealing with consumers tires for a few years now. I have never encountered any problems until today. I have switched addresses and now having to deal with the Bridgeland location. Today, I called Bridgeland and the staff were very unprofessional. The attitude I received was uncalled for. I simply wanted to order tires and even then it was difficult.Managers need to re-evaluate there staff especially if there staff is answering phones to speak to customers.
