Terrible customer service 👎 FYI they won’t actually turn off your service when they threaten to so don’t worry. They need your $$$!!!
rude office person. The moment I scrutinized an insane power bill she went from "How can I help you" to "Not my problem pay the bill". Which I had already paid. I don't know. Very unreliable service if you're rural. Definitely invest in a generator. The linemen are great. I have zero issues with them
Shannon B is awesome ! I know there are basically only bad reviews because people only call the power company when things go wrong or they didn’t pay there bill. Not saying that wasn’t me but Shannon set my expectations for the day after to get my power on but said she would do her best to get it on today. I won’t get into why it was so important but it really means a lot and very grateful.
Customer service sucks so bad in the philomath office. The girls in the office are plain rude and refuse to help you they don't give a crap about anything but getting there money.
CPI has been a great power company. They are reasonably priced, easy to get ahold of for questions, and quick to respond to power outages.
