I was traveling and forgot my glasses, and I didn’t have enough contact lenses to get me home. I stopped into solis optics and they immediately helped me out with no issues at all. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I can’t recommend them enough!
Last year in November my husband ordered glasses from this company. To my great disappointment, they were only ready today, January 27th. Not only did we wait two months for the glasses, but the glasses were made incorrectly, not as specified when ordering. I got the impression that the lenses were ordered not from another country, but from another planet, that's how long it took for them to be delivered. I needed a pair of glasses to be fixed one of the arms had broken off . I asked the friendly two young ladies if they could fix them even though I had not purchased there . Not only did they fix the glasses they did the service for free .

Everyone is super friendly and are very efficient. Shout out to Enya for her incredible customer service she was respectful of my time! The staff makes you feel important and respected. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, they make sure to inform you about everything that they go over. The staff are just incredible people, I will always recommend people to come by! 10/10 experience!
