This note is for the management at the Red Deer location. I visited your store with the idea of perhaps getting new glasses. We are seniors on a pension, so this purchase usually requires some planning and saving. I was so delighted to get the assistance of Brittney. She is so friendly and helpful and pointed me in the right direction of the least costly frames. On top she also assisted me me in finding the right frames for my face. Had an awesome experience with Ashley and Brynn. With the store into it's last hour of operation for the day, they were able to find a home for my lens when the fram of its earlier fram broke. They even called other stores to check for exact models before finally, meticulously, finding a replacement. I needed this for an important meeting the next day and they were extremely professional and helpful..would highly recommend !
Enya is the Rembrandt of eyewear adjustment. In addition, her records in the '90's still slap.
Came in for a glasses repair and they fixed it perfectly and cleaned them free of charge. Definitely recommended checking them out 👍
