I would be happy to tell you about the excellent service received from Brittany. My initial consultation was pleasant and professional and I decided to keep the frames that I already have and put new lenses into them. After taking considerable time to explain the differences between different lenses I made my choice and they were ordered. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had. Ashley was just great. I brought my sunglasses in for repairs. She had parts ordered and the repairs completed so fast. Can't say enough good things about my experience.
Do not use. They sold me fake Ray Ban Metas. Still not resolved, four months and still no glasses.
I get all my glasses here as the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects of making sure your glasses are the right fit for you
Consumer Optical’s is a great place to get your glasses, they have helped me with my progressives and I found the staff very knowledgeable and will definitely go back for my next ones. Brittney was very helpful in picking out my frames S well as any advise she gave was useful when getting familiar with my first progressives.
