Great service and quick delivery. I was very impressed by the level of customer service I received!
Yes, the credit app process is completely outdated and annoying, HOWEVER, I was able to stop in at a moment's notice, they printed it for me, took two seconds to fill out and since then the customer service has been exemplary. Always a person to answer the phone, they come regularly to top us off, it took two minutes for them to set up autopay and we get a discount for paying right away. And the price was better than we were quoted by Downeast, whose customer service is not only terribly lacking, but also incredibly rude.
My wife and I have been using them for 10 years and we joke that they're just as reliable as the sun coming up. When we've had problems with our furnace system they're usually here the same day to fix it. We appreciate them tremendously.
