Day three with no power and they acted like we're lying about the power outage. 18 degrees outside with no power or heat. Thanks consumers. Worst power company ever. Hands down
Doors haven't been open on this location for the last week. Finally they opened the doors this week all be it 10 minutes late while a line of customers are standing outside in the rain! They even cut off people's power this morning before they even opened, even though for the last week there has been no way for any cash customers to be able to pay their bill. EXTREMELY UNSAFE COMPANY A crew blocking both lanes a sharp curve with 55 mph speed limit. No cones or flags put out in advance to warn other road users, they didnt even have their caution lights illuminated. Another huge corporation that thinks they can do as they feel like......and endangering the public in the process. Leelanau county sheriff's department was contacted and the dispatcher said....they don't care. EXTREMELY UNSAFE COMPANY
im on a budget plan that was and i say WAS $126.00 a month .got January's bill and it went up $70.00 it is now $196.00 and i use NO more then i did when it was $126.00. I called and they said if you look on your December bill it explains that it will increase. My daughter found it online that the increase is to support them. what a joke. I hope they did NOT do this to the elderly that is on a fixed income
