We've been the only house without power on our block for going on two weeks. For one week straight we've heard "it'll be back on tonight" Yeah whatever Last year we went an entire month without power too It's 48° on our house I bet if it was one of their houses, they would of already had power back on Update April 24th!! Dishonest with outage times
Worst power company to ever exist! Charges triple of what they wanted 2 years ago but we have worse service then before constantly while losing power if them and Dte didn't monopolize we could probably have better options for power at a lower cost to the consumer! I spent many nights in the cold this winter with my family and we shouldn't have to considering the amount of money these people collect from us in Michigan.. put it back into the infrastructure so this stops happening...
