If I could put no stars I would consumers energy is the worst company like someone else said if I never had to deal with y'all I would have me and my kids in the cold after I paid my bill and I've been waiting on someone all day to come turn my heat back on it is now 8:20 at night me and my husband have to work in the morning can't even take showers because we have no hot water no one have called or showed up and they waited good until it was time to go home so they couldn't take no more of my calls. Horrendous!! If I could change my gas company I would and never look back in a heartbeat. My husband and I bought our house 2 months ago. I kept getting bills in the mail with a temporary account number, so, I paid it. 2 months worth of gas bills paid, kept trying to make a stupid online account but every time I tried it told me I had to call the company.
