Very pathetic, about a year ago, consumer stopped allowing use of credit card to pay for autopayment, without paying a fee. Now, magically, in there words (email), they have a NEW (LOL) form of payment option, a card of their own, & other cards of electronic payment are acceptable. O but wait, all for a $2.99 extra charge. Isn't greed amazing. I guess they're large amounts on several raises within the last year or two isn't enough to satisfy their greed. Don't answer phone calls. Double bills.
Negative stars. Moved in September and transferred all services. Among 30+ emails during move one stated they received and processed our move. Another that auto-pay was set up at the new address- and then that they requested home ownership, license, and social security card. At that time I hadn’t had the deed mailed yet after closing. I admit it was lost. Fast forward to Wednesday before Thanksgiving and our gas is shut off. For some reason, although i've been a customer for over a year with no late payments and automatic payments set up to pay my account regularly on time, when I switched houses in the same city, they required me to give them a copy of my lease, a copy of my social security card and a copy of my driver's license to prove that I am who I am! If i'm paying the bill regularly, who cares who I am!! Besides, they already have an entire year's worth of information on me. They shouldn't need anything else!
