Customer service is the worst in the world!!!!!!!
Never seen a company that cared less. I've seen them wrap lines around branches or flimsy trees that are in the way because they can't be bothered to trim or cut them. Unfortunately it's only a matter of time before we have a catastrophic forest fire that will likely displace thousands of innocent people and result in many fatalities. Took 9 fire trucks to put out a fire they caused in my area just a few weeks ago.
