I am very disappointed with this company. About a year ago they came out to replace their gas lines. To do this they had to cut into the asphalt road and the insufficient repair is failing. I called them to have someone come and repair the obvious sinking asphalt. They decided because the road wasn't "crumbling" it did not require repair. So now I have no choice but to live with a pothole right in front of my house that was not there before. Very frustrating and a poor response from a billion dollar company.
Consumers Energy is unreliable. It would be nice to have another choice without having to move.
Saved my mom from a gas leak. Mark came out and was SO VERY KIND AND PROFESSIONAL! may as well have saved my mother's life even. God bless you all. Thankyou
