I used to like it very much but the lazy employees are on purpose to hinder pubic bill paying in person and it's not called for. The elimination of the night deposit box to the elimination of credit card to force you to pay online to then use the card so they charge fees for using the card for payment near $4 fee on top of your actual bill. All because of pure lazy employees that are on purpose to hinder the customer
My son had a family emergency out of state. I have tried to pay his bill. Such a hassel. Im trying to pay the bill. Give consumers money. Im not stealing from them. I have all my sons info. Because of the hassel I had not allowing me to pay made his payment plan late. I had to pay a much much larger payment. I dont understand why its so difficult to make a payment.
We're going to make investments to the power grid. So now we will have to hike your charge even more. Such a joke! Because this company is greedy, can't plan their Financials at all. And why would they have to, if they spend too much, they just charge the people more.
