The cost is OUTRAGEOUS. DTE is much cheaper. There is no way the bill is $245 for a 1,500 square foot house that hasn’t used air or heat the whole month. Not to mention we are gone 10+ hours a day. A scam and they’re raising rates again.
Can’t keep the power on to save their life. Cannot STAND dealing with consumers. All these price hikes and they can’t fix the infrastructure we have to keep us from have rolling blackouts. I pay way too much for them to jerk me around when it comes to power. I don’t have anything nice to say about the executives of this company so I’ll stop there.
Worst, prices increase every year. I really see no point of them when I can get energy for free. It's all around me for me to have. Profits will be the death of companies in ALL genres. I'm thinking leaving this corruption.
Consumers had put us in a dangerous position. I started service at a new home and submitted documentation online. I received a letter saying documentation was only partially received so same day I took all notarized documents into this office 6/29 and was assured by the man working I was all set and my power would not be shut off. I woke up yesterday to no power, in the middle of an extreme heat advisory.
