Update: I sent an email as asked in the response, but never heard anything back… Purchased beer that was stale and flat. Brought in a few weeks later as I wasn’t back in the area until then. We were told by the “manager” condescendingly that “you know it’s supposed to be like that,” that I should’ve brought it in immediately the same day or next day if I was telling the truth, and there’s nothing they can do now because of “NYS law”. Well I think it’s also against the law to sell expired products.
