Chad was my salesman, I was overwhelmed with buying a car on my own for the first time but he guided me through the whole process.
Not sure where to start. From the moment we started talking to the moment I took delivery of my car I was never treated like a customer, but more like a family member. My sales rep was fantastic and made this purchase so pleasant. I forgot his name but really good customer services. I just had to write a review because this is so rare in the car industry and this team stands out and made me feel comfortable. They actually strive for your satisfaction and it definitely shows it 100%.

This place is very unprofessional and they tried to get over. Yes, I was a first time buyer. First off, my tires needed the lug knots to be taken off and they sold me a car without the key to it. Everyone wanted to charge me to take them off. I went Consumer's AutoSales, and the ACTUAL HEAD MAN says he'll give me half of the money to me for paying to get the lug knots off. The suck, they never update the cars on their website. There is a monte carlo thats been on there forever. I called about it in april and they said it had been sold months ago and its still there. They dont answer the phone professionally and they dont act like they want to be bother. And to top it off, the vehicles are over priced. You are not Chevy or Honda, where do you get off over pricing used cars?? If you are going to buy from Payless, you might as well buy new bc thats what their vehicles are priced at......update th... read more
