Today was one of those bad days just overall, and of course I got a nail in my tire while working as I travel around for work. Other tire places weren't open or were booked for day and I needed my tire fixed pronto. Consumer tire in chardon got me in fast and got my tire fixed quicker than I have ever had it done. Newly widowed in February and needed new tires in April. My brakes and rotors were bad and they brought me back in the garage to show me the physical damage. They showed me the filth on my air filter that needed replaced. They showed me the computerized readout of my car's misalignment. All needed repairs were done on the same day that I purchased my tires. They went above and beyond to involve and educate me. I am pleased to have found Consumer Tire for all of my service needs.
They squeezed me in today to help fix my car when no one else would! Great customer service. I will no longer be going anywhere else! Thank you!!!
You no longer need to stress about getting car work done and waiting for hours. At the Chardon store you can rest assure they will take good care of you and your car. They have a massage chair!
I can’t say enough good things about Chardon’s location. The service is top notch, everyone is friendly & accommodating. It’s a great feeling when you can trust your mechanic!
DD just did new brakes, calipers, rotors, brake flush, plugs, and a ton of winterizing type stuff my car was reeeeeally overdue on. Now it runs so smooth, - the price was much lower than I expected, and the customer service was excellent! Thanks to the whole crew!!
