These guys are absolutely clueless. Mac was a nice guy and all, but dude did not communicate a thing to me. Needed two new tires and the orders were wrong, no communication about it throughout. Waited 4 days didn’t hear a thing from them until I called them back myself. Guy Ordered the wrong number of tires. It was a mess.
I'm here right now as they work on my box truck. These guys are like mechanic detectives. They really try and find the issue, and no price gouging. Another mechanic told me 2 times the price i paid here. The front desk is really help and they are very nice. I'm a firm believer in a good doctor, dentists and mechanic you stick to them. BTW I drive 30 minutes away from painesville just to get my work done here.
I had Consumer Tire in Chardon perform a wheel alignment on a 2009 Subaru Legacy that I recently purchased. The front end was in good condition with no loose components, but way out of alignment. The steering wheel was off, and the car did not drive well. After aligning the car drives straight as an arrow and the steering wheel is perfectly centered.
