As a HVAC Contractor I came into contact with Consumer Protection though a home they inspected. I was called out by the realtor for a repair and was unclear as to some of the wording in the report they put out. I got into contact with Mark the owner of Consumer and not only did he clear up my interpretation of his report but he went over and above and shared the complete video of the camera inspection he did. I had CPI do two inspections in the last month for me and the crew did an awesome job. On one of them, they caught a problem that could of potentially cost me thousands. I would highly recommend them.

CPI was recommended to me by my realtor. Mark showed up when he said he would, which I really appreciate. He really seemed to know what he was doing, could tell he had experience. I do a lot of my own home maintenance, and he caught things I wouldn't have thought of. I would use CPI again, and refer them to friends.
