This institution delivers an exceptional failure in lending services and customer support. Their service quality is unacceptable, and there is a troubling pattern of inconsistencies between what is promised and what is delivered. I strongly advise avoiding this company altogether.

They are a complete joke they lost a check in well they argued with me even though I am looking at the delivery and signature. DO NOT UNDERSTAND ANY CIRCUMSTANCES LET A DEALER USE KEEP YOURS they said I was lying that it was delivered below is proof for the whole internet

I took over my moms car that she was going to get repod. They worked with me and customized a payment plan to what I was already trying to do. Even though im still behind they took me off repo and helped me to keep the car♡

If you’re refinancing out of Consumer Portfolio Services, be prepared to manage the process yourself. My initial payoff check was returned due to an endorsement issue. However, after that, there was still no proactive communication from CPS about next steps, timing, or payoff status. When the reissued payoff check was received, CPS again did not contact me to notify that the amount was short due to daily interest. The check simply sat uncashed while interest continued to accrue.
