Always great! I have been going there for years. Very nice..Quick service...very punctual with appointments!
I called on a Wednesday they are open at 10:00 a.m. I called until 10:15 and got a voicemail that's it that I needed to call when they were open. If you can't answer your phone I'm not sure if I want to give you my business
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Consumer Optical I stopped in needing a replacement nose piece for my sunglasses. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful—she mentioned that appointments are usually required but said she’d check. Within just a couple of minutes, she returned with two new nose pieces installed and said, “No charge. Have a great day!” Fabulous customer service! I highly recommend Consumer Optical for eyewear repairs, glasses, or contacts. 😎
