Did not receive confirmation email in a timely manner. So sad. You guys were the best - maybe you have new staff?
They weren't truthful about the price of the exam over the phone. Ended up charging me more than they amount they said they would on the phone. The salesman as well as woman at the front desk were very rude and tried to send me out the door without my prescription after I would no longer buy the glasses. The woman who conducted my exam did an amazing job and was very professional and courteous.
