I can’t thank Austin enough for being very kind and effective. He makes me feel comfortable, and I think it needs to be acknowledged.
I called and gave Sheila my info, over a month ago, never heard back about a quote for insurance. Not sure why.
Constantly getting phone calls from them when I never signed up for them.
My policy ended and without consent they started a new policy usually the reach out to go over better rates or at least some kind of communication. They still charged me for a month of insurance I didn't know I was being charged for and sent me to collections.
