Disgusting is the word which comes to mind when I think about my experience with CES.Almost from the very beginning the experience was a nightmare.After having a problem with the tv,a 65 inch lg tv only a year and a half old,my extended warranty company set me up with them. He scheduled a service appointment for today (May 3, 2011) and told me that your service representative would call before his arrival. Tim called me at about 1:45 this afternoon to alert me that he was only a few minutes our 46 inch Samsung LCD TV. Not only did he quickly diagnose the problem...but he was able to fix it on the spot...and I can't begin to tell you how much that meant to us. Just a quick note to say how much I and my wife valued and appreciated the outstanding work of Jeff this week in fixing our 46 inch Samsung LCD TV. Not only did he quickly diagnose the problem...but he was able to fix it on the spot...and I can't begin to tell you how much that meant to us. I was assigned Consumer Electronic Service by Samsung for an in-warranty repair. All the technicians and office staff that I spoke with were extremely nice and helpful. I had no complaints and I would use them for future repairs.
Quick service at a good price. I've not had time to set my TV up, but they demonstrated it worked before I left the shop so I don't expect I'll have any problem with it. If I need similar services in the future, I'll give them a call.
My kids are monsters. Every time I turn around, one of them is playing with something they should be touching. Last week, it was my computer. My son had been using the screen on my laptop as a ramp for his fire truck. Needless to say, I thought I was out of luck when I saw the screen was smashed. I called Consumer Electronic and by the time the weekend rolled around, I had it back in working order. Thank you for saving my computer. Next time the kids strike, I know who I’m calling first.
