It took weeks to get into services, then when I started receiving services and my live-in PCA moved out and robbed me blind , just before Xmas, my services were suspended for several weeks and I had NO help , while they "investigated" my complaint and treated me like I was a criminal . I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE that needed care .
I wish I could give them no stars the lack of concern they display is horrific. Jeff never returned my call I’m basically being forced to move agencies cause they refuse to do their jobs
Such very kind people/staff work here 💙💙💙 I feel very supported 💙💙💙 I also know I can call or come into the office at any time to talk
So I posted on here about ten months ago some issues I was having with this company.jus5 wanted to let everyone know after speaking to the right person I was giving my dollar back plus some and not from the money they were allocated they fixed the issue I had so thank u for looking out for your pca's
