It took weeks to get into services, then when I started receiving services and my live-in PCA moved out and robbed me blind , just before Xmas, my services were suspended for several weeks and I had NO help , while they "investigated" my complaint and treated me like I was a criminal . I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE that needed care .
I wish I could give them no stars the lack of concern they display is horrific. Jeff never returned my call I’m basically being forced to move agencies cause they refuse to do their jobs
