I was in a probate lawsuit and they LOST all of the financial records that I needed to go to court with ! They were basically like OH WELL sorry !
I called the Lovell Rd branch to see if they had a notary there. The line rang and rang then an automated voice came on and said there was no one to help at this time and then hung up. I tried a few times with the same result. I ended having to go to the branch anyway to make a deposit. When there I inquired why no one there picked up the phone to take my call. Ruth from operations was very rude . I called to get a statement about my account and she told me because there was a balance on it. She couldn’t really send anything out. I said I just need anything and she said I need to come into a location and pay until I did that they can’t give me anything so I was like well. I don’t plan on paying it and she said well if you’re not gonna pay it then “I’m not gonna help you.
