I HATE THIS CREDIT UNION!! They declined all mt debit transactions despite my using my correct pin and gave me NO WAY to verify and approve the transactions! I have to buy food and don't care at all! They just keep saying call back in 24 hours. I HATE THEM
This company did an unauthorized pull of my credit without my consent.
I was in a probate lawsuit and they LOST all of the financial records that I needed to go to court with ! They were basically like OH WELL sorry !
I called the Lovell Rd branch to see if they had a notary there. The line rang and rang then an automated voice came on and said there was no one to help at this time and then hung up. I tried a few times with the same result. I ended having to go to the branch anyway to make a deposit. When there I inquired why no one there picked up the phone to take my call.
