Derek helped me understand everything going on with my credit report and gave me great knowledge on how to build my credit in ways I didn’t know how too he’s definitely worth setting up a consultation with!
Not a good service. I used Derek and CCA some years ago when they were structured differently and had a physical office off Stark St. in Portland and my results had some value. They used to charge by the account they corrected and that made sense. Now they charge by the month which gives them no motivation to work quickly. They offer three tiers at 3 different price points and trust me, there is no difference in the service provided. Derek is awesome and will get your credit pristine. Worth every penny.
I don’t recommend this company. I didn’t have a great experience. Nothing really happened credit wise and emails took about a week to get a response.
