Rick Koester helped me very much. He went to the post office 3 times in 1 day to make sure he found my package and received my payment. I appreciate his time and caring for his customers.
When logging in to view the amount due per their letter they suddenly list an amount due that is thousands more than the small sum on their bill. I will dig into this further but already I can tell they have stolen a lot of money from people. I'm sure it's not easy to get a refund for paying an amount you actually do not owe.

This so called company is a scam. I had a past due balance at a Doctor's office and paid the debt to the original debiter. The original debiter pays CONSUMER COLLECTION MANAGEMENT to collect debt. Then reported to CONSUMERS COLLECTION MANAGEMENT that the debt had been paid. CONSUMER COLLECTION MANAGEMENT and they are claiming it is owed to them. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.
