This company calls everyday. Every time it’s hello… hello… hello and no one will answer. I receive collection calls from the previous owner of my cell number. I have had this number for 8 years. Leave me alone!!!
This agency tried to collect unverified medical debt from me (even the hospital didn't know what I was talking about). I initially tried calling CCM to dispute, as per letter. However, after they insisted the debt was valid and mine, I mailed them my official dispute letter in addition to contacting the CFPB, the MO AG's office, and the BBB. 13 days after I filed my initial complaint with the CFPB, they dropped my records. Do not give these people any money. This agency is a scam and needs to be investigated.
Worst costumer service. Super rude and give attitude for no reason.
Rick Koester helped me very much. He went to the post office 3 times in 1 day to make sure he found my package and received my payment. I appreciate his time and caring for his customers.
