Absolute horrible policy where they will not help you with your own account. I realized I have been paying them for over 2 years on some numbers my company must not use, I called in to cancel, gave them my pin, then the canceled my policy as ask, but then I asked what are the two numbers I am paying for that way I can figure out what we are using these numbers for but they would not tell me. I switched to CC in 2019 and loved the coverage. I could move about every level of my house while on a phone call. Now, since 2023 there is only ONE place in my house I can get spotty service sometimes. My calls are dropped or no one can hear me when they answer their phone so they text to check on me. This interferes with Dr. appointments and socially cuts me off from my friends. Yes, I had my phone checked and the original tower has not moved. Not a great place to work, other folks would get a pass with no call no shows. But for a folks who weren't treated special three minutes and three days of missed time from work was treated the same. They also handed out harsh punishments to folks dealing with loss and wouldn't give the proper bereavement forms. Over all their a very heavy handed, but also very lazy group of people to work for.
