I had a question with a make/model with known issues and the manufacture's response. Mr. West wrote back in a polite and professional manner with an explanation of why my situation wasn't under his legal expertise. You generally don't have lawyers responding to a person unless they are a potential client. This shows a level of (good) character missing in most law services and the practitioners (lawyers) thereof.
