I really had a great experience with this firm, they really listen about to you about the hardship the defendant had cause me. The defendant did not do a thorough background check that caused me to lose opportunity at housing by reporting inaccurate information. Absolute waste of time, they asked for documents and then it took them 30 days to review 11 documents. After calling them and pushing back on the absolute terrible wait time, that same day they said they can’t assist in my case. Now they have every right to do so, but 30 days to say no is absurd and unprofessional. I do not recommend this firm for anything.
