Horrible service. They reached back out to me through email after a week service request. And spoke to me as if I was the receiver of a 21 day late package delivery. When in fact I am the sender of a 21 day late package delivery. Ms Scott told told me to also file a missing mail report when I have already filed a missing mail report. AND IT SHOWS I FILED IT ON MY TRACKING. It is a waste of time to appear to consumers affairs for consumers unjust. Because they just don’t paid attention or resolve anything. Instead they listing to the criminal and tell you “they denied your accusation” without even reading the information and prove of the claim

I was put on hold for a long while then was told that operators were busy to call back ....what a joke can't even call consumer affairs and get a decent response

Have not received my mail for over 3 months the lady hung up on me while asking direct questions about my mail they all need to be investigated because this been going on for a while now but what's done in the dark definitely coming to the light.
