I was put on hold for a long while then was told that operators were busy to call back ....what a joke can't even call consumer affairs and get a decent response
Have not received my mail for over 3 months the lady hung up on me while asking direct questions about my mail they all need to be investigated because this been going on for a while now but what's done in the dark definitely coming to the light.
The post office didn’t deliver my mail it’s been almost two months! A Lady Name Tiffany called my phone and disrespected me and hung up on me! Very unprofessional and disrespectful. This is bad customer service, this shouldn’t have never happened at all. It’s my mail and she got rude for no reason. Is it a crime to ask questions? I’m reporting this immediately. This is unacceptable
they never pick up the phone. said they were on lunch break yet i called at 2pm and still no answer
