I do not remember ever using this facility and I do not know how I ended up in their data breach.
Absolutely horrible people to work with. Hassling people after traumatic ER visits for miniscule billing amounts!
WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH THE PEOPLE IN BILLING? Yelling at a breast cancer survivor when she calls to say her insurance company has fixed their error? Mary needs to go through some additional training. It sounds like this was not isolated. I'll make sure to tell my friends and family the other places they can go.
Honestly, there isn't much more I can say that hasn't been said 20x already. Terrible business practices, terrible support, terrible every thing. I'd be ashamed to work here or be affiliated with them.
