My experience of the sleep study was excellent. The staff is exceptional--very competent and caring. The diagnosis and treatment for sleep apnea has made a profound difference in my life. Office visits are a totally different issue and about as pleasant as fingernails scratching a chalk board. Patients are poorly scheduled. One feels like a plane circling JFK or OHare waiting to land.
