Will not use again. I had a really bad experience with Dr Bonett on January 19th just prior to a planned procedure and a really bad experience with the anesthesiologist. Bonett was behind-not the problem as stuff does happen and sometimes things take a little longer than planned. The problem was he failed to recognize that I was in severe pain. Dr. Bonnet is a wonderful Doctor. The nursing and office staff are wonderful as well. They are very courteous and always have a smile on their face when I come in to my appointments. Dr. Bonnet has given me so much information that no other doctor has shared with me before about my physical ailments and procedures that can help me, different medicines that can be effective, and how they effect my body and how they effect when used in combination with each other. January 19th, 2026 Dr Wyndham Bonett did a procedure on my back at the Chattanooga Pain Surgery Center. That is also the day I released him from my care. A prescription that was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy for severe headaches after the procedure was never recieved at the pharmacy. What did I receive? Two surveys roughly a couple days apart on the surgery center. He was behind schedule due to a problem with the procedure ahead of me- not the problem. I just started with Dr bonnet he is so awesome I had a nerve stimulator implanted by a different facility and when I saw Dr bonnet he knew everything about the nerve stimulator he does them also gave me some good pointers the staff was amazing overall I would recommend him to everyone
