This office is very caring and understanding. I see Dr. Ames he is the best in my book. This office do not work like others. Drs site down and explain everything to you to make sure you understand. There’s always some one in the office to help you if you are in needed.
I like Consultants in Internal Medicine. The on site lab is convenient. I find the staff professional and I have never had a problem. The MA has always been timely in calling me about test results. Prescriptions are refilled timely. I have been seeing Dr Stierman since I moved here. He is very straight forward and no nonsense which I like. My husband likes Dr. Ames. I have never had a problem getting a referral for a specialist when needed.
I called the office to schedule an appointment for one of my members (I am a care manager) and the scheduler didn't want to help us, putting excuses that my member was very tough... Terrible experience!
