I had a colonoscopy here today. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The entire team made sure I was comfortable and the whole process was seamless except for the IV (I don't like needles). I just want to thank everyone for how y"all treated me. Thanks For Making Me A Priority!
Edit: I have now left two messages as I have some follow up concerns regarding my condition and medication. It has been two weeks from the first call and a week from the second call. The message states if you call before 1, you will have a call back before the day is over. I had a very positive experience with both the nurse and the doctor during my visit. I want to share my experience that I had here! Everything was perfect for me ! I even got my appointment moved up! So I got to come in a couple hours early! Sorry I don’t remember names of everybody but everyone was so great ! And treated me very well! It seemed like it was a great atmosphere to work! Even great when the song APPLE BOTTOM JEANS came on! Hahahaha I thought that was hilarious but also great why not make it where everyone feels comfortable! I sure was thank you to everyone there !

My mom had appointment scheduled for 6/2 in the morning. They rescheduled her appointment to 6/3 at 1:30. We arrived on time. It’s currently after 3:00 pm and we’re still waiting. Mind you my mom who is a senior citizen hasn’t had any solid food in over 24 hours and has had a drink of water in over 12 hours. This facility needs to do better.
