Horrible company!!!! If I could give them zero stars, I would. Was billed an outrageous amount in November 2023 for a procedure done in March 2023 - 8 months after the procedure occurred!! The bill due by date was 5 days after I had received it and it was a local address! I called the number on the bill to request financial assistance and was told a form would be mailed. Also received a bill from these guys for service during a period where I was never even in the state. Nobody can tell me anything about this company or why a date is owed. Beware of this company.
Physician incorrectly placed epidural. Replaced it, and it did not work. Entirely ineffective. Removed 10 minutes later. That’s two needles in my spine for absolutely no benefit. Billed for full services despite entire failure of services, and then threatened collections LESS THAN 90 DAYS after service. Will not grant a single payment extension, not one. You have zero choice in which service you receive at Mt Caramel so there is no way for a patient to avoid using CAI but I’m still wildly dissatisfied with the service and it... read more
