I have been going to Consuelo Counseling since the fall season of 2025. I was specifically looking for mental health services that were Latino-centric, culturally based and bilingual on the south side of Chicago. I hit the jackpot with Consuelo. My therapist and I immediately connected and I felt very comfortable opening up right away. I started seeing Patricia in June (2025) after a bad experience that made me want to give up on therapy. She completely changed that for me. She makes me feel comfortable, heard, and safe to open up. EMDR has helped me so much and I’ve seen real progress since working with her. She’s patient, understanding, and really listens. I’m really grateful for her and would definitely recommend her
