Harold is a "rock star" plumber! Always provides great service with a smile.
Our water heater broke and we were referred to them to fix it. We are going on day 4 with no hot water. We were initially told by one lady that we would be on the list for a repair/replacement appt by YESTERDAY or definitely TODAY at the latest. And someone would call us. No one called. We called again yesterday with a tech who said that because the owner was out of town, he could not figure out how to schedule us but would get us in ASAP. We have had issues with our main line sewer due to roots growing into the terracotta piping. We had a frustrating experience with a company that initially came out and gave us an estimate...we signed a contract, and then the day before they even started the work, raised their price significantly!
