Highly professional, flexible with appointment scheduling, and wrote a very detailed inspection that proved invaluable.

We used Erich for a home inspection and had a great experience. He was honest but level headed and broke down all the terminology into easy to understand terms for us new home time buyers! Unfortunately the home had some major concerns that we did not go through with buying but we will absolutely be using him for the next home, and recommend him to all first time buyers! His report was also clear and easy to understand with plenty of photographs. 10/10!!
