I can't recommend this business enough. If you own investment properties like we do and you are looking for a company that you can trust to select the best renters, have superb communication, and make ownership stress-free, then you found the place. *update to your updated response, your reviews and BBB complaints align with everything i said. It’s sad multiple tenants have a similar experience. HUD, 2 lawyers, 2 therapist, and a licensed DOCTOR stated my ESA was valid and real yet you still unlawfully denied & charged me for it, no matter if you use a 3rd party company or not. Yes people falsify documents, I was NOT one of them. You understand my anxiety? No you made me miserable! You made me struggle even more with my disability. I have never ever had such a terrible experience with a property management company. First, they never fixed the leaking water heater even though I filed a maintenance request THREE times. When they finally did send a plumber to look at the garbage disposal, it was actually the owner and nobody told me. Odd. Second, they never had a carbon monoxide detector in the rental even though it is a law in Idaho. I have heard multiple accounts of how Debra has taken advantage of people coming in from out of state and when i called to inquire from out of state she was quite different than when I called from a local number…
Luke & Debra are simply the best! I could spend a whole day saying how awesome they are! If you’re looking for a property manger in the Boise Metro area I would highly recommend Constructive Co! I can not say enough good things about them! They truly go above & beyond. Everything from finding a tenant, to helping you get a fence & fridge installed to everything in between. You will not find some one who cares more and treats your home like it is their own! You are in amazing hands with Luke & Debra!!
