Josh took a project we thought would be complicated and expensive and found an elegant solution that worked fine and cost very little. Then, he did the same thing with a future project we showed him. We thought we were going to have to replace our front door and side panels, but Josh has a better solution, much cheaper! Finally, Josh Perks is an extremely pleasant guy who shows personal interest in his clients. He even brought treats to give our beagle while working!
Josh at Construction with Perks is awesome! Several years ago he and his father completely gutted and renovated my three-story townhouse in Ellicottville, NY. No job is too big or small, and his attention to detail and quality is top notch. He is the best!
We used Josh multiple times on updating our house. He’s an excellent craftsman that does excellent work from painting, laying tile, to all other aspects of remodeling. He has great knowledge about home construction, a good communicator with excellent ideas on making the results of your job look great. I would use him on any home improvement job I have.
Josh is great. Honest, reliable, dependable, trustworthy, and the quality of work, you'll be hard pressed to find anyone better. He remodel my entire house, and did a fantastic job. I would certainly recommend Josh for any type of remodel, new build, you name it, Josh can do it, work you have going on. You won't be disappointed!
