I had a screen enclosure just completed by CSNF. The workmanship turned out to be okay since all work was subbed out. However, the way they managed the project is totally unacceptable. The construction took 4 months after the quotation. Besides numerous delays, I had to deal with 6 different managers in different phases of the project. None of these people communicated their work plan and status proactively. With exception of one, all others were unresponsive in returning calls or texts. I will not recommend CSNF to anyone.
My husband & I had Construction Specialties of North Florida install our seamless gutters and they did a great job. There installers Greg & Tim were polite, professional and did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of there services.
The timeline for completion was very good, as was availability of staff in response to my issues. However, the quality of the work was very disappointing. I hired them after a personal reference from a neighbor and after viewing her very similar screened enclosure (screen under an existing roof). The frame that was put up at my home has many rough cut edges showing, and a VERY poor caulking job at all joints. So bad, it was embarressing for me to look at. Taylor was great and worked out a super price. The team that came out to put in the fence was outstanding. They showed up early, and were very respectful. They completed the job early and also moved one of the spring Klee heads that was in the way. I look forward to them building my back screen enclosure later this summer.
Returned message same day. An appointment was made for next day to give an estimate. Estimate was given on sight and verified by email. Schedueling was done for near future. Installer was very polite and professional and hard working. We were very pleased with whole process from beginning to end. Mr. Hacker kept us informed when any arrival times were being adjusted. I would highly recommend their services.
I love these guys! Construction Specialties of North Florida did a spectacular job on our outdoor kitchen, fire pit and screen enclosure. The staff and professionals who worked on our job were friendly and responsive. We had plenty of cool options to choose from and they held our hands through the entire process. We could not be happier with the way everything turned out.
CSNF did an outdoor kichen, screen porch and natural gas fire pit for us. They also did extra gutters on our house as well. They did an excellent job. The workers are professional and polite and very good at what they do. Additional follow up on minor issues was excellent as well. I would highly recommend them
