Construction Smith's craftsmanship is top notch, I always recommend Dave to anyone in need of a contractor.
It took him 5 weeks to tile a shower for me, and he didn't do that great of a job. When he did show up he would come late and leave early. He cost thousands of dollars in lost time. I wouldn't hire him to sweep the driveway.
I gave this company a 2 because they are not as bad as others but still can’t finish a job like so many contractors out there. He came limping into the project with clear expectations but had a difficult time getting off the ground. His nephew made promises to show and do the sub floor and never finished the job. The drywall was almost completed with some areas that needed smoothing. My husband ended up finishing both. The rest of the other promised work was never completed. We have moved on. David and his team did a large remodel of my basement. He exceeded expectations to say the least! His vision of what was possible from bar design to accent walls made the basement turn out better than I could have ever imagined. His team was very professional and timely. I would recommend him to anyone looking to do any home remodeling. Installed - walls, made a bedroom, full bathroom, dry wall ceiling, bar and entertainment area.
