Atlanta Kitchens (Construction Resources) designed, fabricated, and installed a porcelain wall in my master bath during a recent renovation. They did an amazing job, veining matches perfectly, and you would need a magnifying glass to find a seam. Thanks to all the team at the Decatur showroom and design center. A special thanks goes to Jose and his two sons, who claim to be stone craftsmen, but I suspect are really artists! I have no idea how they do what they do.
Josh from service tech from Construction Resources provided me with in depth knowledge on proper maintenance of my Heat Glo Electric Fireplace. I highly recommend the usage of their service people especially Josh before tackling on your own.
We moved in to our brand new home in Dacula, had a few issues with our new garage door. Our warranty department sent Matt from CR to resolve them. He showed up with a great attitude, took a look at our concerns, made some adjustments that solved the majority of our issues. He didn’t have the parts on his truck to complete all of the problem and said he would be back in 2 days. He didn’t return and resolved all issues, including a couple the builder didn’t complete!! Great work ethic and very knowledgeable! Great job Matt!!
It's important to share a super positive experience we had with Construction Resources. First time visiting their location on a busy Saturday. We were treated like VIPs that have done a lot of business with Construction Resources previously. Antonette, AnnMarie, and Kerry made us feel like we were at a Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons. I had a disappointing experience with this company, characterized by mediocre work and poor customer support. The garage doors installed in my brand-new house don’t open properly—both of them. When I requested service, I was given very limited options and forced into morning appointments due to my home's proximity to their location.
