Overall poor experience with CR1. There has been a lack of senior management oversight on our project. Workers leave trash behind when they are done for the day. We have documented horseplay and safety violations consistently by CR1 staff. It is more than likely due to a lack of training but never the less it should not be happening. I have documented numerous NIOSH/OSHA violations. CR1 employees due not wear personal protective equipment on the jobsite consistently. I own a Condo at the Lantana Morings- CR1 has done all the buildings here in phases. When they came to my building they even entered my unit and repaired water damage from the past that was not their responsibility. We couldn’t be more great-full.. The buildings look brand new... We recently had Construction and Remodeling 1 do a medical office build out for us. They were so easy to work with. They were able to answer all of our questions, made smart recommendations, got the job done on time, stayed within budget, and the build out is absolutely beautiful!
