Construction Remedy completed a project on our house and rear shed in October 2024. During the past several years our house's south-facing exterior wall with wood siding and three of the exterior engineered wood walls on our rear shed had all developed water damage/dry rot. I enjoyed working with Petros and would absolutely hire him again for future projects. He and his team’s work is thorough and high quality. We hired Petros to fix damage from the elements that had accumulated over the years on our 100+ year old house. Petros, the owner of Construction Remedy, made two visits to our home. He evaluated the extent of the three electrical problems during the first short visit - no power to three electrical outlets in the kitchen. During the second, more extended stay, he solved the main problem - a loose wire in the electrical panel. This solution also restored power in the other two kitchen outlets. Construction Remedy was prompt, professional, and thorough. Petros explained the work proposed to be done clearly, and answered all our questions. The work crew members were prompt, they worked hard the full time they were on the job, and they left the job site cleaned up each day. Petros communicated well with us to understand what we wanted. He made sure we were happy with how the job (staining our deck and building back yard steps) turned out.
