The owner does not think skylights should be properly sealed during a complete roof replacement as he said they do not seal the bottom of skylights only the top. Had the audacity to say “it’s just a few drops of water” and wanted to charge to fix their lazy work. My disabled mother simply wants to enjoy her new home and the attitude here is appalling. Not sorry for yelling at him on the phone. How would you feel if someone did this to the person you love most in the world?
These guys are awesome. They can literally do anything you could possibly need. Very professional,friendly and highly skilled.if your looking for residential remodels ,repairs or commercial builds, these guys do it all. I highly recommend them.
We recently had to have one of our restroom doors repaired and replaced. CCI was prompt and diligent on sending someone out. Customer service etiquette was above par. Definitely recommend and looking forward to working with them again!
