DO NOT RECOMMEND. We had many issues with our build both during and post construction, everything was extremely challenging to get sorted and caused us extreme stress. Ended up needing CBOS to direct them to fix defects as we were blatantly ignored and had our numbers blocked. Shoddy work done, arrogant attitude, not knowledgeable, argumentative. Do yourself a favour and find another builder.
I can't speak highly enough of Construction 3 and their exceptional team. They transformed our store beyond our wildest dreams with their expertise and attention to detail. But what truly sets them apart is the kindness of the owner. Not only did they deliver top-notch construction work, but they also extended a helping hand during the challenging times of Covid, which meant the world to us as business owners of two stores. Their generosity and commitment to their clients make them a standout choice. Highly recommended!"

I was parked in a carpark in rosny (as were many other cars) before this company started work on a fence, I just so happened to still be in my car when a grey haired older man dropped a plank of wood against the front of my car. I got out to inform him of it and he looked at me in a dismissive way and stated that it was MY FAULT FOR PARKING there!! I was totally taken advantage of financially by Construction 3. Never before had I not requested a quote prior to work being carried out. What a nerve to assume I had an open cheque book. Whilst work was carried out my brother was dying of cancer and my mind was else where. Yes the finished job was good, but I would never have contracted Construction 3 had I known at what cost! :(
