Terrible company. I thought they were a good company due to the ratings I found on the Internet.
There was a time that I sent a complaint, was unhappy with work being done by Constructeam. I am much happier now, Constructem owner Joe came out to talk to my wife and I to see what can be done to fix this situation. And that is exactly what Joe did. He kept his word. Constructeam did some water cleanup for me for our basement. They were phenomenal from start to finish. They were over immediately and took care of the mess and damage from the water, took care of the cleanup, and corrected the problem from happening again. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and did a fantastic job. I will be using there services for any residential job I ever need in the future.
Adam Raskey is the ultimate professional. He went above and beyond in explaining the issue in my basement and the steps that he would take to remedy the situation. The team arrived on time, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. All in all, a very positive experience and I intend to reuse their services if the need ever arises.
