This is not my insurance provider. This is the insurance provider for PA American Water. We've been dealing with them for seven months, since a water main break severely damaged our home. Because we are a "third party" we are entitled to no engineering reports. The settlement is hanging up on their inability to provide warranty information for new applianced installed after the flood. Useless liars. Our brand new vehicle was damaged by DOT construction. We provided all the proof in the world and they denied our claim. My representative then repeatedly lied to me telling me they don't make the decisions that the DOT does. The DOT told me that was not true and I had to go back and forth multiple times before they would admit they made the decision to deny my claim. I pay taxes every damn day and have never put my hands out, the one issue I have and the DOT and CSS turn their backs on me. This is just wrong ... read more

This place is a joke The representative here is a liar Very unprofessional claims service doesn’t take the information correctly doesn’t respond etc definitely need a lawyer or your gonna be denied immediately even if the proof is in your favor
