We used to love living here, but unfortunately when Peyton and James left so did communication. Our office managers gave us a ONE DAY notice telling us to clear our decks to make room for the painters. What would’ve happened if neither of us were able to take off of work the next day? Ever since then it’s been a poor taste in my mouth dealing with the front office. Currently looking for a new living situation because it has gone downhill.
My Son moved into his first Apartment here 7 month ago. James and Peyton are great with giving him all the Info and help he needed. He loves the Place, it's safe and he feels great here. Maintenance is amazing always on time and fast. He works late Nights and James got him a Carport not to far from his place. Update: My Son moved out after 2 years and the Maintenance is still awesome can't say the same about the Management, definitely not James and Peyton. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have had the pleasure of living here for the past four years, and I can confidently say it feels like home. From the moment I moved in, I was amazed by the peaceful and quiet atmosphere that surrounds the complex. The grounds are well maintained, free of debris, as well as plowed and shoveled when needed in winter. It’s clear that management takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for residents. Dale the maintenance guy is AMAZING at what he does. However the entire complex has literal dog poop in every corner making the apartments look like trash. It’s sad that you cant even go outside your apartment to enjoy fresh air due to the unsanitary conditions around the complex. They should designate a dog only area if they have troubles with renters picking up after their animals.
What a catfish of a place. Went to look at it and wow! It was just covered up on old stuff 3 bedroom isn't livable living room so small can't fit a couch balconies were a disaster and small you couldn't enjoy that also can only access a balcony from one bedroom. The stairs to master bedroom is so narrow no way I can fit my king mattress on there drawers fell apart in my hand. A big door in the smallest kitchen and can't use it just an eye sore.
