I came here November 29, 2024, asking to apply as a patient because my current doctor is located in another town and I do not drive. I have been with said doctor 30 years, but can not access them now due to transportation. I was told by a white haired staff member that I should be "grateful to have a doctor at all", and that I shouldn't be "doctor-hopping" just because I "don't like" the current one. Found staff very rude , my spouse has parkinson's and was treated badly first , then when she was told he had parkinson's her attitude changed .
