Can't believe their practices are legal. I haven't gotten a single piece of mail to my residence, I've left several voicemails and emails with no response. All I have ever wanted to do was pay my total and be on my way. They clearly don't want that, and will pervasively go behind your back and exhibit unruly and unjust behaviors because they can.
