Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. This law group attempted to garnish funds from me despite having an active Chapter 7 bankruptcy on file. Instead of verifying legal status before taking action, they moved forward with collection efforts. Can't believe their practices are legal. I haven't gotten a single piece of mail to my residence, I've left several voicemails and emails with no response. All I have ever wanted to do was pay my total and be on my way. They clearly don't want that, and will pervasively go behind your back and exhibit unruly and unjust behaviors because they can.
