Had my sewer line hydrojetted by them, they did it from the front back, and it caused the cast to flake off and clog the line immediately backing my sewer up into my basement. I had no issues with my line backing up prior to the hydrojet- it was a recommended service by a home inspector as I just purchased an older home and they said it would give me a clean fresh line.
